    气相色谱-质谱法测定酒中16种邻苯二甲酸酯

    GC-MS Determination of 16 Phthalates in Liquor

    • 摘要: 应用气相色谱-质谱法测定酒中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的含量。样品经乙酸乙酯提取,所得提取液用DB-5MS UI色谱柱分离,在全扫描/选择离子监测共用模式下测定。16种邻苯二甲酸酯的质量浓度均在0.5~10.0 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.01~0.10 mg·L-1之间。日间加标回收率在83.7%~114%之间,日间相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.4%~9.8%之间;日内加标回收率在81.9%~113%之间,日内相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.5%~6.7%之间。

       

      Abstract: GC-MS was applied to the determination of 16 phthalates in liquor. The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extracts were separated on DB-5MS UI column, and determined under full scan and selected ion monitoring shared mode in MS. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 16 phthalates were kept in the same range of 0.5-10.0 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.01-0.10 mg·L-1. Values of inter-day recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 83.7%-114%, with inter-day RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 3.4%-9.8%;values of within-day recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 81.9%-113%, with within-day RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 1.5%-6.7%.
