    茜素蓝S光度法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)

    Photometric Determination of Trace Amount of Chrominm(Ⅵ) with Alizarin Blue S

    • 摘要: 在硫酸介质中,室温下铬(Ⅵ)与茜素兰S显色反应20 min后,形成红色络合物,最大吸收波长为520 nm.铬(Ⅵ)的质量浓度在0.001~0.5 mg·L-1范围内符合比耳定律,检出限(3s/k)为0.87 μg·L-1,表观摩尔吸光率为4.86×105L·mol-1·cm-1.用此法测定电镀废液和电镀排放液中的铬(Ⅵ)含量,加标回收率在95.0%~105.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于5.1%.

       

      Abstract: In a H2SO4 medium,a red complex was formed by the reaction of Cr(Ⅵ) with alizarin blue S for 20 min at room temperature,having the absorption maximum at the wavelength of 520 nm.Beer′s law was kept in the range of 0.001-0.5 mg· L-1.Detection limit (3s/k) of the method was 0.87 μg·L-1,and value of apparent molar absorptivity (ε) found was 4.86×105L·mol-1·cm-1.The proposed method was used in the determination of Cr(Ⅵ) in plating waste solution and plating discharge solution,the values of recovery were in the range of 95.0%-105.0%,and values of RSD′s (n=5) were less than 5.1%.
