    电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定玻璃中硼

    ICP-AES Determination of Boron in Glass

    • 摘要: 用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定玻璃中硼的含量.试样采用加入氢氟酸溶解时同时加入甘露醇使硼(Ⅲ)络合而避免其挥发损失,试样也可采有氢氧化钾熔融后加硝酸酸化.选择249.772 nm谱线作为硼的分析线.试样中含铁量大于等于50 mg·L-1时,宜选择次灵敏谱线249.678 nm作为分析线.应用了此方法分析了几种标准物质,测得氧化硼的结果与证书值一致,其相对标准偏差(n=5)≤1.5%.另用标准加入法对方法做回收试验,测得回收率为100.2%.

       

      Abstract: ICP-AES was applied to the determination of boron in glass.The sample was dissolved in HF with addition of mannitol to protect B(Ⅲ) from loss by volatilization or the sample was fused with KOH and acidified with HNO3.The analytical spectral line of 249.772 nm was selected for the determination of B in the sample solution.For samples containing iron ≥50 mg·L-1,the infra-sensitive spectral line of 249.678 nm was used to eliminate the interference.Some CRM′s were analyzed by the proposed method for their boron contents,the results obtained were checked quite well with their certified values,with RSD′s (n=5) ≤1.5%.Recovery of the method was also tested by standard addition method,giving value of recovery 100.2%.
