    3-巯基丙酸修饰的CdTe量子点共振瑞利散射光谱法测定溶菌酶

    Resonance Rayleigh Scattering Spectrometric Determination of Lysozyme by Its Reaction with 3-Mercaptopropionic Acid Modified CdTe Quantum Dots

    • 摘要: 以3-巯基丙酸为稳定剂,在水相中合成了3-巯基丙酸修饰的CdTe量子点(MPA-CdTe)。基于溶菌酶对该量子点的共振瑞利散射有增强作用,建立了一种快速检测溶菌酶的方法。在pH 6.1的B-R缓冲溶液中,量子点在波长312 nm处的共振瑞利散射的增强与溶菌酶浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为0.07~10.0 mg·L-1,检出限(3s/k)为0.02 mg·L-1。方法应用于合成样品中溶菌酶的测定,并用标准加入法测得方法的回收率在93.5%~106.0%之间。

       

      Abstract: 3-Mercaptopropionic acid (as stabilizer) modified CdTe quantum dots (MPA-CdTe) were synthesized. Based on the significant enhancement effect of lysozyme on the resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) of MPA-CdTe, a new method for the determination of lysozyme was proposed. Linear relationship between the enhanced RRS signals and the concentration of lysozyme was found in the range from 0.07 to 10.0 mg·L-1 as measured at 312 nm in a B-R buffer solution of pH 6.1, with its limit of detection (3s/k) of 0.02 mg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of simulated sample, and values of recovery determined by standard addition method were found in the range from 93.5% to 106.0%.
