    FT-IRS-GC-MS Analysis of Starch with Synchrothermogravimetry

    • 摘要: 应用同步热分析法对淀粉样品进行了热失重研究。分别在氮气和氮氧(91+9,体积比)混合气氛围中,对淀粉样品在动态升温条件下的热重、微分热重和温度变化曲线的差异进行了比较,将315 ℃和350 ℃时所得的热解产物进行傅里叶变换红外光谱和气相色谱-质谱分析,在氮气和氮氧混合气氛围下共检出并鉴定了51种化合物。

       

      Abstract: Weight-loss on heating of starch was studied in atmospheres of N2 and mixture of N2-O2 (91+9, by vol.) by synchrothermogravimetry. A comparative study on the differences among the thermogravimetric, differential theromogravimetric and ΔT curves obtained was made by analyzing sample under dynamic temperature elevation. The pyrolytic products obtained at 315 ℃ and 350 ℃ in the 2 gas atmospheres were analyzed by FTIR and GC-MS. Totally 51 compounds were identified and determined.
