火焰原子吸收光谱法测定高血压患者头发中锌铜钙镁

FAAS DETERMINATION OF Zn Cu Ca Mg IN HAIR OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SUFFERER

摘要: 用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定高血压患者45例及健康对照者34例头发中锌、铜、钙、镁的含量.结果表明,高血压患者头发中锌、铜、钙含量显著低于健康对照组(p<0.05),镁含量极显著低于健康对照组,揭示体内锌、铜、钙、镁元素含量与高血压发病存在一定关系.

Abstract: Flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg in human hair was established in this paper.The hair samples were taken from 45 sufferers of high blood pressure (HBP) and 34 healthy persons as the control group.Analytical results showed that Zn,Cu,Ca in hair of HBP group were significantly lower than that of the healthy group (p<0.05),and Mg in HBP group was extremely lower than the healthy group.This implies that pathogenic mechanism of HBP is probably related to the contents of Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg in the human body.
