    反相高效液相色谱法测定烷基糖苷中聚糖

    RPHPLC Determination of Polydextrose in Alkyl Polyglucoside

    • 摘要: 应用反相高效液相色谱法测定烷基糖苷中的聚糖含量。烷基糖苷样品以反相C18色谱柱为分离柱,以甲醇-水(80+20)混合液为流动相,用电雾式检测器检测。聚糖的质量浓度在18.75~300 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法检出限(3s/k)为5 mg·L-1。加标回收率在95.0%~109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.9%~1.6%之间。

       

      Abstract: RPHPLC was applied to the determination of polydextrose in alkyl polyglucoside. The sample was separated on reverse phase C18 chromatographic column with a mixture of methanol and water (80+20) as mobile phase, and determined with electrospray detector. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of polydextrose was kept in the range of 18.75-300 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3s/k) of 5 mg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 95.0%-109%, and values of RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 0.9%-1.6%.
