壳聚糖-纳米金-葡萄糖氧化酶生物传感器的制备及其应用于葡萄糖的测定
Preparation of the Biosensor CHIT/nano Au/GOx and Its Application to Determination of Glucose

摘要: 采用了一种简便快捷的电沉积方法制备了壳聚糖-纳米金复合膜并应用于葡萄糖生物传感器的构建.氯金酸和壳聚糖的混合液在玻碳电极表面电化学还原为金纳米粒子,再将葡萄糖氧化酶通过戊二醛交联的方式固定在纳米金复合膜修饰的玻碳电极表面,制成一种新型的葡萄糖氧化酶生物传感器.该传感器对葡萄糖的响应十分快速,在5 s内即达到平衡.测定葡萄糖的线性范围为20 μmol·L-1~5 mmol·L-1,检出限(3S/N)为12 μmol·L-1.Abstract: Chitosan-nanogold modified glassy carbon electrode (CHIT/nano Au/GCE) was prepared by electrodeposition of nanogold particles from a mixed solution containing chitosan and HAuCl4 onto the surface of a pretreated GCE.And the biosensor (CHIT/nano Au/GOx) was prepared by immobilizaing glucose oxidase on the surface of CHIT/nano Au/GCE through cross-linking by pentanedial.This new biosensor behaved to give quick response to glucose (<5 s).Linear relationship between values of response current and concentration of glucose was kept in the range of 20 μmol·L-1-5 mmol·L-1,with a detection limit (3S/N) of 12 μmol·L-1.
