石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定废水中痕量镉
GF-AAS DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNTS OF CADMIUM IN WASTE WATER

摘要: 用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定环境废水中痕量镉时,锰、铬、镍、铜、钴、锌等共存元素干扰严重.以100 mg·L-1铁作为基体改进剂可消除干扰,加标回收率为94%-105%,RSD为592%-7.42%.Abstract: The serious interferences caused by the co-existence of Mn,Cr,Ni,Cu,Co and Zn to the GF-AAS determination of trace amounts of cadmium in waste water were eliminated by adding 100 mg·L-1 of iron(Ⅲ) to the testing solution as matrix modifier.In the analysis of several samples of waste water,the RSD′s calculated from the analytical results fell in the range of 5.92%-7.42%,and the recoveries in the range from 94%-105%.
