    以不对称席夫碱金属铜(Ⅱ)配合物为载体的硫氰酸根离子选择性电极

    On the SCN--Ion Selective Electrode with Carrier of Complex of Unsymmetrical Schiff Base with Cu(Ⅱ)

    • 摘要: 研制了以水杨醛缩乙酰丙酮乙二胺合铜(Ⅱ)金属配合物为中性载体的阴离子选择性电极.试验表明,以水杨醛缩乙酰丙酮乙二胺合铜(Ⅱ)金属配合物为中性载体的电极对硫氰酸根具有良好的选择性和电位响应特性.在pH 5.0磷酸盐缓冲体系中,电极电位呈现近能斯特响应,线性范围为7.5×10-5~1.0×10-1mol·L-1,斜率为-53.8 mV·dec-1(25 ℃),检出限(3S/N)为6.5×10-6mol·L-1.用紫外分光光度法和交流阻抗法研究了电极反应的选择性及其响应机理.将该电极用于实验室废水中硫氰酸根离子的检测,测得该方法的回收率在95.3%~107.9%之间.

       

      Abstract: By using the complex formed between unsymmetrical Schiff base and cupric ion as neutral carrier,an anion selective electrode was prepared. It was found that excellant selectivity and potential response toward SCN--ion were achieved by the anion selective electrode prepared by using the Cu2+-complex of a particular Schiff base (i.e.,salicylaldehyde-acetylacetone-ethylenediimine) as neutral carrier,which showed approximate Nernst potential response in the range of 7.5×10-5 to 1.0×10-1mol·L-1 with detection limit (3S/N) of 6.5×10-6mol·L-1,and slope of -53.8 mV·dec-1 in a PBS of pH 5.0 at 25 ℃. The selectivity of the electrode reaction between SCN--ion and the Cu2+ ion in the carrier complex was studied by UV-spectrophotometry and the mechanism of the potential response was studied by the AC impedance method. Recovery of the method was tested by standard addition method on the base of samples of waste water drained from chemical laboratory,results of recovery found were in the range of 95.3% to 107.9%.
