    高效液相色谱法测定农药中间体氯代苯并噻唑

    HPLC Determination of a Pesticide Intermediate-2-Chlorobenzothiazole

    • 摘要: 提出了以2-巯基苯并噻唑(SBT)为原料合成农药中间体2-氯代苯并噻唑(CBT)的高效液相色谱分析方法,对原料和产物分别进行了定量分析.在10.0~50.0 mg·L-1范围内,峰面积与进样量呈线性关系,SBT和CBT相对标准偏差分别为1.29%,0.67%,平均加标回收率分别在88.9%~104.0%,88.0%~106.0%之间,检出限分别为0.01,0.005 mg·L-1.

       

      Abstract: A pesticide intermediate,namely 2-chlorobenzothiazole (CBT) as well as its raw material 2-sulfhydrylbenzothiazole (SBT),was determined by HPLC.It was shown that linear relationships between the peak area and concentration of the above mentioned compounds were obtained in the range of 10.0-50.0 mg·L-1.Detection limits were found to be 0.005 mg·L-1 for CBT and 0.01 mg·L-1 for SBT.Tests for precision and recovery were also made,values of RSD (n=6) found were 0.67% (for CBT) and 1.29% (for SBT),and values of recovery were found in the ranges of 88.0%-106.0% (for CBT),and 88.9%-104.0% (for SBT).
