    原子吸收光谱法测定川芎中铜、镉、铅

    AAS Determination of Cu, Cd and Pb in Rhizome of Chuanxiong

    • 摘要: 0.5000g川芎样品经硝酸-高氯酸(4+1)混合酸消解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中铜含量,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉和铅的含量。分别以硝酸镁和磷酸二氢铵作为镉和铅的基体改进剂。3种元素的质量浓度分别在一定的质量浓度范围内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)在0.08~0.26 μg·L-1之间。应用此法分析了川芎样品,加标回收率在101.5%~108.2%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.4%~1.5%之间。

       

      Abstract: 0.5000g sample of rhizome of chuanxiong was digested with a mixed acid of HNO3 and HClO4, and the content of Cu in sample solution was determined by FAAS and the contents of Cd and Pb were determined by GFAAS. Mg(NO3)2 and NH4H2PO4 were used as matrix modifiers for Cd and Pb respectively. Linear relationships between values of absorbance and mass concentration of the 3 elements were obtained in definite ranges, with detection limits (3s) in the range of 0.08-0.26 μg·L-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of samples of rhizome of chuanxiong, values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 101.5%-108.2%, and values of RSD′s (n=6) found were in the range of 0.4%-1.5%.
