    微波消解样品-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定重晶石中铅

    FAAS Determination of Lead in Barite with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 研究了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定重晶石中铅的方法.重晶石样品用王水3 mL于消解罐中,于微波消解仪中消解8 min,比常压和增压两种酸浸提法节省3 h.浸出率和分析精密度均优于常压酸浸提法,对重晶石样品中铅测定值的相对标准偏差为1.8%~5.7%,回收率为95%~103%.

       

      Abstract: A method based on microwave assisted acid dissolution and FAAS determination of lead in barite was proposed in this paper.Experimental results showed that only 8 min were needed for the dissolution of 0.5 g barite sample using 3 mL of aqua regia,while about 3 h were needed in the preparation of sample solution by acid digestion either under pressure or not in the conventional methods.Higher extraction rate and precision were obtained by this method.Values of recovery and RSD′s (n=6) found by this method were in the ranges of 95%-103% and 1.8%-5.7% respectively.
