    空气中氟代硝基苯类的采集与检测

    Sampling and Detection of Fluoro-substituted Nitrobenzenes in Air

    • 摘要: 利用硅胶管采样管富集空气和废气中的氟代硝基苯类化合物,用甲醇解析,结合气相色谱-电子捕获检测器进行分析检测.对采集流速、采集时间、吸附样品总量和硅胶管储放时间等条件进行优化,结果表明:当采集流速低于1.0 L·min-1,采样时间在20~40 min时,硅胶管对总量小于10 μg的氟代硝基苯类化合物具有较好的吸附效率.采用超声解析硅胶管,氟代硝基苯类化合物解析率为90%~110%,所得方法的相对标准偏差为0.4%~4.1%,可满足实际分析的需要.

       

      Abstract: A sampling column packed with silica gel was used for the collection and enrichment of fluoro-substituted nitrobenzenes in air and waste gas.The adsorbed analytes on the column were be desorbed with methanol and detected by gas chromatography using ECD detector.Working conditions of sampling flow rate,sampling time,total adsorbed amount and storage time in sampling column were optimized.Experimental results showed that in case sampling flow rate was less than 1.0 L·min-1 and the sampling period was in range of 20-40 min,the silica gel column showed good adsorption efficiency for the collection of total amount of 10 μg of fluoro-substituted nitrobenzenes.Using ultrasonic desorption technique,desorption efficiency of fluoro-substituted nitrobenzenes on the silica gel column was achieved to 90%-110%.RSDs of the method obtained were ranged in 0.4%-4.1%.The proposed method met with requirements for practical analysis.
