气相色谱法测定化妆品中亚硝酸异丁酯和亚硝酸戊酯
GC Determination of Isobutyl Nitrite and Amyl Nitrite in Cosmetics

摘要: 提出了气相色谱法同时测定化妆品中禁用物质亚硝酸异丁酯和亚硝酸戊酯的含量。化妆品样品中加入20 g·L-1亚硫酸钠溶液1.0 mL后,用丙酮超声提取10 min,从所得提取液中分取2 μL进样进行气相色谱分析,用氢火焰离子化检测器检测。方法的线性范围在10.00~1 000 mg·L-1之间,亚硝酸异丁酯和亚硝酸戊酯的检出限分别(3S/N)为4 μg·g-1和2 μg·g-1。按标准加入法做回收试验,所得回收率分别为87.1%~98.8%和86.8%~96.9%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=9)均小于5.0%。Abstract: A method of GC for simultaneous determination of two banned esters of nitrous acid (i.e., isobutyl nitrite and amyl nitrite) in cosmetics was proposed. The sample was added with 1.0 mL 20 g·L-1 of sodium sulfite solution and extracted ultrasonically for 10 min with acetone. Two uL of the extract were used for GC analysis, with flame ionization detection (FID). Linearity range of the method was kept between 10.00 to 1 000 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) of 4 μg·g-1 for isobutyl nitrite and 2 μg·g-1 for amyl nitrite. Tests for recovery were made by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range of 87.1%-98.8% and 86.8%-96.9% respectively, with RSD′s (n=9) less than 5.0%.
