    中子活化法测定地球化学样品中32种元素

    Determination of 32 Elements in Geochemistry Samples by Neutron Activation Analysis

    • 摘要: 采用中子活化法测定地球化学样品中32种元素。通过对谱线干扰、铀裂变干扰、(n,p)和(n,α)反应干扰进行校正,利用超热中子活化部分待测元素来提高方法的准确度和改善方法的检出限。32种元素的检出限在2×10-8~4.48×10-4之间。方法用于测定标准物质,测定值与标准值一致,测定值的相对标准偏差在0.7%~10%之间。

       

      Abstract: Neutron activation analysis was used for the determination of 32 elements in geochemistry samples. By correcting the spectralline interference, Uranium fission interference, (n, p) and (n, α) reaction interference, and using epithermal neutron to active sectional elements, the accuracy of the method was enhanced and the detection limit was improved. The detection limits of the 32 kinds of elements were in the range of 2×10-8-4.48×10-4. The method was used to analyze standard substances and the measured values were in agreement with the standard values, with RSD in the range of 0.7%-10%.
