毛细管电泳法测定中药枳壳中辛弗林和柚皮素
Capillary Electrophoretic Determination of Synephrine and Naringenin in Trifoliate Orange

摘要: 采用毛细管电泳法测定了枳壳中辛弗林和柚皮素的含量.在30 mmol·L-1硼砂缓冲溶液(pH 10.0)的条件下,实现了被测组分的有效分离.测得枳壳中辛弗林含量为0.724 2 mg·g-1,相对标准偏差为5.9%(n=5);柚皮素的含量为0.904 7 mg·g-1,相对标准偏差为3.8%(n=5).辛弗林和柚皮素的平均回收率分别为89.1%和99.6%.Abstract: Capillary electrophoresis was applied to the determination of synephrine and naringenin in trifoliate orange.Effective separation of synephrine and naringenin was achieved in 30 mmol·L-1 sodium tetraborate solution of pH 10.0.Contents of synephrine and naringenin found in a typical sample of trifoliate orange were 0.724 2 mg·g-1 with RSD′s (n=5) 5.9% and 0.904 7 mg·g-1 with RSD′s (n=5) 3.8% respectively.Average values of recovery found by this method were 89.1% for synephrine and 99.6% for naringenin.
