微量硼的测定方法研究进展

Recent Progress of Methods for Determination of Micro-Amounts of Boron

摘要: 综述了测定微量、痕量硼的各种方法,如分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法等方法的特点,并说明了其测定微量硼的应用领域.并对微量硼的测定技术进行了展望.

Abstract: A review on the progress of methods for determination of micro-amounts of boron,including spectrophotometry,ICP-AES,ICP-MS and etc.relating especially to their principles,special features and applications,is presented.Future prospect of techniques for determination of micro-amounts of boron is proposed.
