GC Determination of Methamidophos in Water

摘要: 应用气相色谱法测定水中甲胺磷含量。取水样50.00 mL旋转蒸发至近干,用乙酸乙酯提取3次,每次用5 mL,收集提取液于浓缩管中,浓缩至1 mL供气相色谱分析。用HP-1701毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰光度检测器检测。甲胺磷的质量浓度在0.050~1.00 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.001 mg·L-1。在3个浓度水平上进行加标回收试验,回收率在84.0%~91.2%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在3.4%~5.9%之间。Abstract: GC was applied to the determination of methamidophos in water. The water sample (50.00 mL) was evaporated to near dryness by rotary evaporator and extracted thrice with 5 mL of ethyl acetate in each extraction. The extracts were combined and concentrated to 1 mL in an evaporation tube. The solution was separated on HP-1701 capillary column and detected by FPD. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of methamidophos was kept in the range of 0.050-1.00 mg·L-1 with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.001 mg·L-1. Tests for recovery were made by standard addition method at 3 concentration levels, giving values of recovery and RSD′s (n=5) in the ranges of 84.0%-91.2% and 3.4%-5.9% respectively.
