    电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定甲苯中微量金属元素

    ICP-MS Determination of Trace Metal Elements in Methylbenzene

    • 摘要: 甲苯样品经硝酸-乙醇-水(0.04+1+1)溶液稀释,超声分散均匀后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其中锰、铁、钴、镍、锌、银、镉和铅等金属元素含量,选择铼作为内标元素。方法的检出限(3s)在0.012 7~0.690 ng·L-1之间。方法用于甲苯样品中金属元素的测定,加标回收率在71.9%~119%之间;测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均不大于8%。

       

      Abstract: Sample of methylbenzene was diluted with mixed solution of HNO3-ethanol-water (0.04+1+1) and dispersed ultrasonically. The contents of the metal elements (i.e., Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Ag, Cd and Pb) in sample solution were determined by ICP-MS with Re as internal standard. Values of detection limit (3s) of the method were found in the range of 0.012 7-0.690 ng·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of metal elements in sample of methylbenzene, giving values of recovery obtained by standard addition method, in the range of 71.9%-119% with values of RSD′s (n=6) ≤8%.
