    诱导动力学光度法测定微量锰的研究

    INDUCED KINETIC SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF MICRO AMOUNTS OF MANGANESE

    • 摘要: 基于Mn(Ⅶ)-Cl--Fe(Ⅱ)-SCN-反应体系,提出了利用诱导反应的动力学光度法测定微量锰的方法.该体系在468 nm波长处有最大吸收,线性范围为0-20 μg/25 mL,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.91×104L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限为1.39×10-5g·L-1,用于人发、牙膏和水等样品中锰的测定,结果的RSD均小于3.5%,回收率在98.7%至102.0%之间.

       

      Abstract: Based on the induced redox reaction system of Mn(Ⅶ)-Cl--Fe(Ⅱ)-SCN-,a sensitive kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of microamounts of manganese(Ⅱ) was proposed.The absorption maxima of this reaction system was found at the wavelength of 468 nm,and Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0 to 20 μg of Mn(Ⅶ) per 25 mL of solution,with a detection limit of 1.39×10-5g·L-1.In the application to analysis of human hair,tooth paste,and water samples,values of RSD (n=6) obtained were less than 3.5%,and recoveries were in the range of 98.7% to 102.0%.
