    氢化物原子荧光法测定食品中痕量铅

    HG-AFS DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNTS OF LEAD IN FOODSTUFFS

    • 摘要: 采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定盐渍绵羊肠衣、酱油、蜂蜜中铅含量,在试验条件下,检出限为0.32 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为1.30%,盐渍绵羊肠衣、酱油、蜂蜜样品的平均加标回收率分别为94.5%,94.3%,94.0%.

       

      Abstract: A method of hydride generation- atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of lead in salted sheep casings,soy sauce and honey was reported in this paper.Under the optimum conditions,the limit of detection was 0.32 μg·L-1,the relative standard deviation was 1.30%,average recovery for salted sheep casings,soy sauce and honey samples was 94.5%,94.3%,94.0% respectively.
