高效液相色谱法测定生活用纸中13种丙烯酸酯类化合物的残留量

摘要: 应用高效液相色谱法测定生活用纸中13种丙烯酸酯类化合物的残留量.样品以甲醇-异丙醇(1+2)混合液超声提取15 min,以Zorbax Extend-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)为固定相,用乙腈和水以不同比例混合的溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在检测波长210 nm处进行测定.13种丙烯酸酯类化合物的质量浓度均在0.1~2.0 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.14~0.57 mg·kg-1之间.以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在80.2%~104%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.3%~7.4%之间.Abstract: HPLC was applied to the determination of residual amounts of 13 acrylic esters in living paper products. The sample was extracted ultrasonically with a mixture of methanol and isopropanol (1+2) for 15 min. Zorbax Extend-C18 chromatographic column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used as stationary phase with mixtures of acetonitile and water with different mixing ratios as mobile phase in gradient elution. UV-detection at 210 nm was adopted in the determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 13 acrylic esters were kept in the same range of 0.1-2.0 mg·L-1,with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.14-0.57 mg·kg-1. On the base of blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method;values of recovery found were in the range of 80.2%-104%,with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 3.3%-7.4%.
