    生成函数法用于中性氨基酸-铜配合物稳定常数的测定

    Determination of Stability Constant of Neutral Amino Acid-Copper Complex with Bjerrum′s Formation Function Method

    • 摘要: 以氢离子选择性电极作指示电极,氢氧化钠溶液作滴定剂,分别用3种生成函数法(直接计算法、分段拟合法及半整数法)测定了丝氨酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸、脯氨酸、蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸及苯丙氨酸等8种中性氨基酸与铜离子所形成的配合物的条件稳定常数,测定结果与文献报道的数值相吻合。

       

      Abstract: Three methods of Bjerrum′s formation function, including direct calculation formation function, piecewise fitting formation function and semi-integer formation function, were applied to the determination of stability constants of 8 complexes of neutral amino acids and copper, including serine, alanine, threonine, proline, methionine, leucine, valine and phenylalanine. Hydrogen ion selective electrode was used as indicator electrode, and sodium hydroxide solution was used as titrant. The results obtained were in conformity with those reported in literature.
