    光电直读光谱法测定小规格线材样品中碳、硅、锰、磷和硫的含量

    Determination of C, Si, Mn, P and S in Steel Samples of Small Sized Wire Rods by Opto-Electro-Direct-Reading Spectrometry

    • 摘要: 提出了采用光电直读光谱法测定4 mm以上的小规格线材样品中碳、硅、锰、磷和硫等5种元素的含量。探讨了取样、制样方法及标准样品选择等影响因素。在优化的试验条件下,5种元素测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)在0.76%~2.7%之间。方法用于3个批次的样品分析,测定值与其他3家实验室的测定结果一致。

       

      Abstract: Contents of C, Si, Mn, P and S in steel samples of small sized wire rods with diameter more than 4 mm, were determined by opto-electro-direct-reading spectrometry. Influential factors, including methods of sampling, and sample preparation and choice of standard sample were discussed. Under the optimized experimental conditions, values of RSD′s (n=10) of the 5 elements were found in the range of 0.76%-2.7%. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of 3 batches of samples, and the results obtained were in conformity with those given by 3 other labs.
