125I种子源源芯制备工艺的改进

摘要: 对125I种子源制备过程中的关键工艺——源芯制备工艺进行了改进,采用将银丝预镀钯层后再进行125I吸附的方法制备125I种子源源芯。用1.0 g·L-1氯化钯溶液0.1 mL作为镀液;溶液中氯化钯与氯化氢的物质的量比为1比1。经紫外分光光度法测定,每根银丝上钯的饱和量为0.2 mg,对碘的吸附率约为94%。经扫描电镜和X光电子能谱表征可知,银丝表面成功地吸附了单质碘,该吸附为物理吸附。Abstract: The key technology in preparation of source core of 125I seed source was modified by plating Pd on the surface of Ag wire and then using it to adsorb 125I. One tenth mL of 1.0 g·L-1 PdCl2 solution containing HCl with mole ratio between PdCl2 and HCl of 1 to 1 was used for the plating. Values of saturation capacity of Pd on the surface of Ag wire was attained to 0.2 mg and rate of adsorption against I was attained to about 94% as determined by UV spectrophotometry. It was found that iodine was adsorbed successfully on the surface of Pd-plated Ag wire as characterized by scanning electron microscope and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and the adsorption was proved to be physical adsorption.
