    固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定牡丹花挥发油中各成分

    GC-MS Determination of Components of Volatile Oil of Peony with Solid Phase Micro-extraction

    • 摘要: 采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法分离和测定牡丹花中挥发油成分,用归一化法测定其相对含量。为使固相微萃取达到更高的效率,选用50/30 μm PDMS/DVB/CAR的固相萃取头,萃取温度及时间为45 ℃和40 min。共检出38种化合物,总质量分数为2 481.34 ng·g-1。其中乙酸己酯、香茅醇、香叶醇和丙酸香叶酯等物质为构成牡丹花的特征香气的重要成分。

       

      Abstract: Components of volatile oil in petals of fresh peony were extracted by solid phase micro-extraction and analyzed by GC-MS, and their relative contents (in %) were found by the method of normalization. To attain a higher efficiency in SPME, the 50/30 μm PDMS/DVB/CAR fiber as coating was selected for the micro-extractor, the extraction was carried out at 45 ℃ for 40 min. Thirty-eight compounds were identified, and total mass fraction was amounting to 2 481.34 ng·g-1. The main compounds were found as following: hexyl acetate, citronellol, trans-geraniol and geranyl propionate, which were the important ingredients forming the fragrant characteristic of peony.
