    喜树碱与β-环糊精的包结络合作用及喜树碱的伏安测定法

    Voltammetric Determination of Camptothecin by Its Reaction with β-Cyclodextrin

    • 摘要: 采用线性扫描伏安法并结合紫外吸收光度法研究了抗癌药物喜树碱(CPT)与β-环糊精(β-CD)的相互作用,探讨了CPT对β-CD吸附峰电流的影响.根据碱性介质(0.05 mol·L-1 NaOH溶液)条件下β-CD分子与CPT形成包结物而使β-CD吸附峰电流减小的特性,建立了一种间接测定CPT的伏安方法.β-CD的一阶导数峰电流与CPT浓度在3.0×10-7~7.0×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1×10-7mol·L-1.

       

      Abstract: In an alkaline solution of 0.05 mol·L-1 NaOH,the interaction between camptothecin (CPT),an anticancer drug,and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was studied by linear scanning voltammetry and UV-absorptiophotometry.It was found that an inclusion complex was formed between the reactants,leading to a decrease of the adsorptive peak current of β-cyclodextrin,and giving a linear relationship between the values of 1st derivative of the peak current (I′p) and the concentration of CPT,in the range of 3.0×10-7-7.0×10-6mol·L-1,with a detection limit of 1×10-7mol·L-1.
