石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品添加剂氯化铵中铅
GF-AAS Determination of Lead in the Food Additive Ammonium Chloride

摘要: 提出了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品添加剂氯化铵中铅含量的方法.采用硝酸作为基体改进剂,提高灰化温度.在优化的试验条件下,铅的质量浓度在50 μg·L-1范围内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为19 pg.应用此法分析了食品添加剂氯化铵样品,加标回收率分别在104.3%~108.3%之间,相对标准偏差(n=11)分别为1.79%~5.80%.Abstract: GF-AAS was applied to the determination of lead in the food additive (NH4Cl).Nitric acid was used as matrix modifier and to raise ashing temperature.Under the optimized experimental condition,linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of lead was obtained within 50 μg L-1,with detection limit (3S/N) of 19 pg.The proposed method was used in the the analysis of the food additive NH4Cl.The values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 104.3%-108.3%,and values of RSD′s (n=11) found were in the range of 1.79%-5.80%.
