    HG-AFS Determination of Arsenic in Human Hair

    • 摘要: 采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定人发样品中砷的含量.样品经硝酸-高氯酸(10+1)混合酸消解,以盐酸(5+95)溶液为反应介质,20 g·L-1硼氢化钾-5 g·L-1氢氧化钾的混合溶液为还原剂.对测定的影响因素:仪器的负高压、灯电流、载气和屏蔽气的流量;预还原剂的浓度,共存离子的干扰等试验条件作了研究并予以优化.方法的检出限(3s)为0.006 0 μg·g-1.应用此法对标准物质(GBW 07601)进行分析,测定值与标准值相一致.

       

      Abstract: HG-AFS was applied to the determination of arsenic in human hair.Sample was digested with mixture of HNO3 and HClO4(10+1),and determined in a medium of HCl(5+95) solution using the mixed solution of 20 g·L-1 KBH4 and 5 g·L-1 KOH as reducing reagent.Influential factors,including negative high-voltage,lamp current,the flow-rates of carrier gas and shielding gas,concentration of pre-reduction agent,and interferences of coexisting ions were studied and optimized.Detection limit (3s) of the method found was 0.006 0 μg·g-1.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of a standard reference material (GBW 07601),giving results in consistency with standard values.
