    水溶性CdTe量子点荧光探针-毛细管电泳发光二极管诱导荧光测定生物小分子

    Fluorescence Probe of Water Soluble CdTe Quantum Dots-Capillary Electrophoretic Determination of Biomicromolecules with Light-emitting Diode Induced Fluorescence Detection

    • 摘要: 以水溶性CdTe量子点作为荧光探针,采用自行设计、组装的毛细管电泳-光导纤维发光二极管诱导荧光检测装置测定生物小分子.用20 mmol·L-1硼砂溶液(pH 9.2)作电泳缓冲溶液,CdTe量子点与CdTe量子点标记的谷胱苷肽在6 min内达到基线分离.试验结果表明,CdTe量子点作为生物小分子的荧光探针,应用于毛细管电泳分离检测生物小分子是可行性.

       

      Abstract: Water soluble CdTe quantum dots (QD′s) were used as fluorescence probe in the determination of biomicromolecules using a self-designed and installed capillary electrophoretic instrument with light-emitting diode induced fluorescence detection.20 mmol·L-1 sodium borate solution of pH 9.2 was used as electrophoretic buffer solution.Baseline separation between the CdTe QD′s and glutathione labelled with the CdTe QD′s was attained within 6 min.It was proved that the used of the CdTe QD′s as fluorescence probe in the CE determination of biomicromolecules was feasible.
