    超滤净化-气相色谱-质谱法测定鸡肉中四种有机氯农药的残留量

    GC-MS Determination of Four Residual Organochlorine Pesticides in Chicken After Purification by Ultrafiltration

    • 摘要: 鸡肉样品经乙腈提取,所得提取液再经能截留相对分子质量为1 000道尔顿物质的超滤膜净化后,采用气相色谱-质谱法测定鸡肉中4种有机氯农药艾氏剂、狄氏剂、三氯杀螨醇、乙酯杀螨醇4种有机氯农药的含量.在优化的超滤条件下,4种有机氯农药的测定下限(10S/N)均为0.05 mg·kg-1.

       

      Abstract: The sample of chicken was extracted with acetonitrile,and the extract obtained was purified by ultrafiltration membrane to intercept those substances with relative molecular mass≥1 000 Da.The contents of the 4 organochlorine pesticides including aldrin,dieldrin,dicofol and chlorobenzilate,in the sample solution,were determined by GC-MS.Under the optimized conditions of ultrafiltration,values of lower limit of determination (10S/N) of 4 organochlorine pesticides obtained were 0.05 mg·kg-1.
