锌离子增敏荧光光度法测定左氧氟沙星
Fluorophotometric Determination of Levofloxacin with Sensitization by Zn(Ⅱ) Ion

摘要: 基于在pH 2.55的B-R缓冲溶液中,Zn2+可使硫化镉量子点(CdS)-左氧氟沙星(LVFX)反应体系的荧光强度显著增敏,提出了荧光光度法测定左氧氟沙星的方法。在波长370 nm(λex)及508 nm(λem)处,所测得的荧光强度与左氧氟沙星的质量浓度在1~40 mg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.11 mg·L-1。方法用于盐酸左氧氟沙星片剂和胶囊中左氧氟沙星的测定,与高效液相色谱法测定值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于3%。Abstract: Based on the sensitizing action of Zn2+ on the fluorescence emission of the reaction system of levofloxacin (LVFX) and quantum dots of CdS in a B-R buffer solution of pH 2.55, a fluorophotometric method for determination of LVFX was proposed. Linear relationship was found between values of fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of LVFX in the range of 1-40 mg·L-1 as measured at wavelengths of 370 nm (λex) and 508 nm (λem). Detection limit (3S/N) found was 0.11 mg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of LVFX in samples of tablets and capsules, giving results in consistency with those obtained by HPLC. Values of RSD (n=5) found were less than 3%.
