    回流冷凝试样消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铝合金中铅、镉、铬和汞

    INDUCTIVELY COUPLED PLASMA ATOMIC EMISSION SPECTROMETRIC DETERMINATION OF LEAD,CADMIUM,CHROMIUM AND MERCURY IN ALUMINUM ALLOYS——WITH SAMPLE DIGESTION UNDER REFLUX-COOLING

    • 摘要: 采用回流冷凝技术,将电子电气产品中铝合金样品用稀盐酸加热溶解后,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定电子电气产品铝合金中铅、镉、铬和汞,方法的检出限为0.001 8~0.019 mg·L-1,方法的回收率和精密度分别为92.3%~96.1%和0.16%~3.71%.

       

      Abstract: Samples of aluminum alloys taken from electrical and electronic products were digested with dil HCl by heating to≤90 ℃ under reflux-cooling,and ICP-AES was applied to the determination of lead,cadmium,chromium and mercury simultaneously.Limits of detection (3s) for these elements were found in the range of 0.001 8-0.019 mg·L-1.Precision of the method was tested giving RSD′s (n=11) of 0.16% (for Pb),0.20% (for Cd),0.28% (for Cr) and 3.71% (for Hg).Test for recovery was made by the standard addition method,and the values obtained were in the range of 92.3%-96.1%.
