Abstract: A review is given on the progress of photometric analysis of cerium in China covering years from 1996-2008.Analytical method in conventional photometry,kinetic photometry,calculation photometry,and fluorescence spectrophotometry were summarized with special attention to their detection systems,conditions of the reactions,sensitivities,applications,and so on.(45 references cited).
