高频电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定可燃毒物(Gd,U)O2中微量元素
Chemical Atomic Emission Spectrometric Determination of 12 Elements of Micro-Amounts in (Gd,U)O2 Chips

摘要: 采用磷酸三丁酯-聚偏氟乙烯粉反相分配色层分离铀与铝、钙、钴、铬、铁、镁、锰、钼、镍、锡、钛及钒12种微量元素,高频电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定可燃毒物(Gd,U)O2中微量元素.取样100 mg时,测定范围在20~800 μg·g-1之间.方法回收率在94.0%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在4.6%~9.2%之间.Abstract: Microamounts of Al,Ca,Cr,Fe,Mg,Mo,Ni and Ti in (Gd,U)O2 chip were separated from the matrix uranium by reverse-phase partition chromatography on column packed with tributylphosphate-polyfluoroethylene. Ions of the 12 element in the eluate from the column were determined by ICP-AES. Range of determination was from 20 to 800 μg·g-1 on the base of 100 mg of sample. Precision and recovery were tested and the values found were in the ranges of (RSD′s) 4.6%-9.2% and 93%-110% respectively.
