气相色谱法同时测定动物饲料中安定和三唑仑残留量
Simultaneous GC Determination of Diazepam and Triazolam in Animal Feedstuffs

摘要: 提出了气相色谱法同时测定动物饲料中安定和三唑仑的残留量的方法.饲料经过有机溶剂提取,采用SE-54毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.32 μm)分离,电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量.安定和三唑仑的质量浓度均在0.3~60 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(2S/N)分别为0.007 1,0.021 3 mg·L-1.方法的平均回收率分别为79.5%~93.1%,81.6%~91.8%,相对标准偏差(n=8)分别为2.11%~4.02%,2.09%~4.61%.Abstract: Residual amounts of diazepam and triazolam in animal feedstuffs were determined by GC with electron capture detector.The sample was extracted with organic solvent and separated on SE-54 capillary column (30 m×0.32 mm,0.32 μm).External standard calibration was adopted in the determination.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of diazepam and triazolam were obtained in the range of 0.3-60 mg·L-1,with their detection limits (2S/N) of 0.007 1 and 0.021 3 mg·L-1 respectively.The values of recovery were in ranges of 79.5%-93.1% (diazepam) and 81.6%-91.8% (triazolam),and values of RSD′s (n=8) found were in ranges of 2.11%-4.02%,2.09%-4.61%,respectively.
