Abstract: HPLC was used to simultaneously measure hydrocortisone and dyclonine hydrochloride in Qingda cream. The Agilent C18 column was used as stationary phase, and a mixture of 0.015 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution and methanol (42+58) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.6 mL·min-1, the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The linear ranges of hydrocortisone and dyclonine hydrochloride were between 0.12-0.60 μg, and the detection limits (3S/N) were 0.622 mg·L-1 and 0.606 mg·L-1 respectively. Values of recovery were in the range of 97.6%-100% for hydrocortisone, and 99.3%-99.7% for dyclonine hydrochloride, and values of RSD′s (n=6) were 1.8% and 0.94%, respectively.
