高效液相色谱法同时测定氢达乳膏中氢化可的松和盐酸达克罗宁
Simultaneous Determination of Hydrocortisone and Dyclonine Hydrochloride in Qingda Cream by HPLC

摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定氢达乳膏中氢化可的松和盐酸达克罗宁。固定相为Agilent C18色谱柱,流动相为0.015 mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液-甲醇(42+58)溶液,流量为0.6 mL·min-1,柱温25 ℃,检测波长254 nm。氢化可的松和盐酸达克罗宁的线性范围均为0.12~0.60 μg,检出限(3S/N)分别为0.622,0.606 mg·L-1,加标回收率分别在97.6%~100%,99.3%~99.7%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为1.8%,0.94%。Abstract: HPLC was used to simultaneously measure hydrocortisone and dyclonine hydrochloride in Qingda cream. The Agilent C18 column was used as stationary phase, and a mixture of 0.015 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution and methanol (42+58) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.6 mL·min-1, the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The linear ranges of hydrocortisone and dyclonine hydrochloride were between 0.12-0.60 μg, and the detection limits (3S/N) were 0.622 mg·L-1 and 0.606 mg·L-1 respectively. Values of recovery were in the range of 97.6%-100% for hydrocortisone, and 99.3%-99.7% for dyclonine hydrochloride, and values of RSD′s (n=6) were 1.8% and 0.94%, respectively.
