    图像比色法测定有色溶液

    Imaging Colorimetric Determination of Color Solution

    • 摘要: 根据溶液中有色物质颜色值与其质量浓度成正比的原理及数字图像红绿蓝色彩模式,通过采集样品溶液的图像信息,采用图像比色法对有色溶液进行定量分析。以蓝色硫酸铜溶液为研究对象,在实验箱内采集图像和建立统计回归模型。结果表明:方法测量误差为5%,线性范围为10.0~50.0 g·L-1,相关系数大于0.990。

       

      Abstract: According to the principles that values of solution color are proportional to its mass concentration and RGB color mode of digital image, color solutions could be quantified with imaging colorimetric method by the acquisition of image information of sample solution. Blue CuSO4 solution was taken as the object for experimental analysis. Image information was acquired in the experimental box and statistics regression model was established. It was found that measurement error of the method was 5%, linearity range was in the range of 10.0-50.0 g·L-1, and correlation coefficient was more than 0.990.
