    微型多酚氧化酶电极的研制及其应用

    THE FABRICATION AND APPLICATION OF THE POLYPHENOL OXIDASE MICROELECTRODE

    • 摘要: 研制了一种微型多酚氧化酶修饰电极,研究了神经递质多巴胺(DA)在电极上的电化学行为.在pH 6.8的磷酸盐中,DA在生物传感器上的线性范围为2.0×10-6-1.0×10-3mol·L-1,检出限(3σ)为6.0×10-7mol·L-1.用这种传感器测定了多巴胺注射液中多巴胺的含量,测定结果的RSD值小于3%,回收率在95%-110%之间.

       

      Abstract: A microelectrode modified with polyphenol oxidase was fabricated and used as a biosensor.Electrochemical behavior of dopamine at the electrode was studied.In a phosphate buffer of pH 6.8,linear response of dopamine at the biosensor was obtained in the concentration range of 2.0×10-6-1.0×10-3mol·L-1.Detection limit (3σ) of 6.0×10-7mol·L-1was obtained.The biosensor has been applied to the determination of dopamine in medical injections,giving RSD′s less than 3%,and recoveries in the range from 95%-110%.
