    电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定蒺藜皂苷中有害元素

    ICP-MS Determination of Hazardous Elements in Saponins of Tribulus

    • 摘要: 蒺藜皂苷样品经高压密闭罐消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其中铬、锰、镍、镉、钡、铜、锌、砷、硒、汞、铅等 11种有害元素的含量.在优化的仪器工作条件下,砷和汞的检出限(3σ)为1×10-4μg·g-1,其余各元素为1×10-5μg·g-1.11种元素的回收率在94.4%~111.8%之间.方法用于茶叶标准物质(GBW 08505)分析,所获得的测定值与标准值相吻合.

       

      Abstract: The samples of saponins of tribulus were digested in a closed vessel under pressure,and the contents of Cr,Mn,Ni,Cd,Ba,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Hg and Pb in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS.Under the optimum working conditions of the instrument,values of detection limit (3σ) of As and Hg were found to be 1×10-4μg·g-1,and values of detection limit (3σ) of the remainder elements were 1×10-5μg·g-1.Values of recovery of 11 kinds of elements found were in the range of 94.4%-111.8%.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of tea standard sample (GBW 08505),the results obtained was in conformity with standard values.
