    亚甲蓝与十二烷基硫酸钠变色反应光谱机理

    Spectrophotometric Study on the Mechanism of the Colour Change Reaction of Methylene Blue with Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate

    • 摘要: 为从分子水平认识亚甲蓝(MB)分子与大分子之间相互作用机理,应用吸收光谱法研究了MB与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)之间相互作用机理,考察了乙醇、氯化钠、羟丙基-β-环糊精以及Triton X-100对相互作用的影响.结果表明:MB与SDS之间能发生相互作用形成复合物产生变色反应,乙醇等对相互作用都有影响.认为MB与SDS变色反应机理是在MB 与SDS大分子间发生静电相互作用基础上,结合在SDS有序集合体上MB分子定向聚集所引起的.

       

      Abstract: Aiming to the cognition of the mechanism of the reaction between the molecules of methylene blue (MB) and the molecules of large-molecular compounds,the interaction of MB with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was studied spectrophotometrically.The effects of the presence of ethanol,sodium chloride,hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and Triton X-100 on the reaction were also tested.As shown by the experimental results,a complex compound was formed between MB and SDS leading to change of color,and the color-change reaction was affected obviously by the addition of ethanol.It was concluded that the complex-compound of MB-SDS was formed on the basis of electrostatic action,and the directional aggregation of MB molecules bound on the orderly aggregates of SDS was the cause the color change action.
