    硅胶管富集-气相色谱法测定环境空气和废气中乙酸

    GC Determination of Acetic Acid in Ambient Air and in Waste Gas After Enrichment with Silica Gel Adsorption Tube

    • 摘要: 提出了用硅胶管吸附,丙酮做解吸溶剂,气相色谱法测定环境空气和废气中的乙酸.选用DM-FFAP毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)作为色谱柱避免了丙酮中杂质对测定的干扰.按采样体积30 L计算,检出限(3S/N)为0.02 mg·m-3.在吸附管中加入3个不同浓度水平的乙酸标准溶液作回收试验,测得回收率在88.0%~105.7%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)均小于8%.

       

      Abstract: Acetic acid in samples of ambient air or waste gas was enriched by adsorption with silica gel tube and desorbed with acetone,which was used for GC analysis. The capillary column,DM-FFAP (30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm) was selected as the chromatographic column to eliminate interferences from impurities in acetone. Detection limit (3S/N) of 0.02 mg·m-3 was obtained as calculated on the base of sampling volume of 30 L. Test for recovery was made by adding standard solutions of acetic acid to the adsorption tubes at 3 different concentration levels,values of recovery found were in the range from 88.0% to 105.7%,with values of RSD′s (n=7) less than 8%.
