    火焰原子吸收光谱法测定黑色食品中微量锌、钙、铜

    FAAS Determination of Traces of Zn,Ca,Cu in Black Colored Food

    • 摘要: 分别采用湿消解法和干灰化法对木耳、紫菜、黑豆样品进行预处理,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中微量元素锌、钙和铜的含量.结果表明:钙的线性范围为0.10~10 mg·L-1,铜和锌的线性范围均为0.05~5 mg·L-1;湿消解法比干灰化法处理样品更为理想,因其灵敏度及准确度均较高.应用此法对黑木耳和黑米样品进行分析,锌、钙和铜的加标回收率分别为98.93%,99.80%,102.20%(黑木耳)和102.90%,96.35%,97.28%(黑米);相对标准偏差(n=10)均小于2%.

       

      Abstract: The sample was pretreated both by wet digestion method and dry ashing method,and the contents of Zn,Ca and Cu in the sample solution were determined by FAAS.As shown by the experimental results,the linearity range for Ca was between 0.10-10 mg·L-1,and for both Zn and Cu were between 0.05-5 mg·L-1.As a conclusion of the comparative study,the wet digestion method was preferred in the pretreatment of samples for higher sensitivity and accuracy.The proposed method was used in the analysis of black agaric and black rice,giving values of recovery of 98.93%,99.80%,102.20% (in black agaric) and 102.90%,96.35%,97.28% (in black rice);with values of RSD′s (n=10) less than 2%.
