Abstract: A review on the basic theories, preparation method and structure characterization of estradiol molecular imprinting polymers, as well as their applications in the fields of solid phase extraction, solid phase micro-extraction, artificial membrane, sensor and so on were presented. In addition, determination of estradiol residues and elimination of pollutants by estradiol molecular imprinting technique were also introduced. Trends of study and development in this field were also given (72 ref. cited).
