    能量分辨质谱鉴别卤代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体

    Identification of Isomers of Halogen-Substituted 4(3H)-Quinazolinone by Energy Resolution-Mass Spectrometry

    • 摘要: 应用能量分辨质谱分别研究了氯代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体和氟代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体的单体及异构体单体的混合物的能量质谱裂分曲线。结果表明,在碰撞能量0.8~1.5 V的变化范围内,氯代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体单体及混合物的碎片离子m/z 145与m/z 125的离子强度比值相对于碰撞能量的变化曲线,即裂分曲线与氯官能团的取代位置密切相关,而氟代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体单体及混合物的碎片离子m/z 136与m/z 108的离子强度比值的裂分曲线则与氟官能团的取代位置密切相关,差异显著;据此可以成功鉴别卤代4(3H)-喹唑啉酮异构体的单体及混合物的构成。

       

      Abstract: Energy resolution-mass spectrometry was applied to the study of fragmentation curves of the individual monomer and mixtures of monomers of isomers of chloro-substituted and fluoro-substituted 4(3H)-quinazolinones. It was shown that the fragmentation curves showing changes of ionic intensity ratios of fragment ions of m/z 145 to m/z 125 of monomers or monomer mixtures of the chloro-substituted isomers, and of ionic intensity ratios of fragment ions of m/z 136 to m/z 108 of monomers or monomer mixtures of the fluoro-substituted isomers as plotting against the values of different collision energy in the range of 0.8-1.5 V were found to be closely related with the positions substituted by halogens in molecules of the isomers. Based on the obvious differences among the fragmentation curves, isomers of the halogen substituted 4(3H)-quinazolinones could be identified successfully.
