盐酸吡格列酮的示波极谱测定
Oscillopolarographic Determination of Micro-Amounts of Pioglitazone Hydrochloride

摘要: 提出了测定微量盐酸吡格列酮的示波极谱法.在氨水-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,盐酸吡格列酮在示波极谱仪上于-1.42 V处产生一灵敏的极谱还原波,导数波高与盐酸吡格列酮溶液质量浓度在0.4~40 mg·L-1范围内呈线性关系.优化了试验条件,对极谱波的行为和电极反应机理进行了研究,并测定了片剂样品中盐酸吡格列酮的含量,结果与标示值及高效液相色谱法测得结果相符,测定结果的RSD(n=10)值为3.04%.Abstract: Oscillopolarography was applied to the determination of microamounts of pioglitazone hydrochloride in drugs.In an ammonicacal buffer of pH 8.8,a sensitive polarographic reductive wave given by pioglitazone was observed at -1.42 V (vs.SCE).Linear relationship between the values of 2st derivative of peak current (I″p) and concentration of pioglitazone was obtained in the range of 0.4-40 mg·L-1.Conditions for the method of determination were studied and optimized.The electrochemical behavior of pioglitazone at the dropping mercury electrode and mechanism of the electrode reaction were also studied.The proposed method was used in the analysis of a drug for its pioglitazone content,giving results in consistency with the labelled value and also checked with results found by HPLC.Value of RSD (n=10) found was 3.04%.
