原子吸收光谱法测定胆结石中金属元素
Determination of Metal Elements in Human Gallstones by Flame Atomic Absorption

摘要: 干法灰化法处理胆结石样品,浓硝酸溶解灰化后的残渣,用原子吸收光谱法测定了溶液中铁、镁、铜、钙、钠、钾等金属元素,结果表明:在选定的试验条件下,各金属元素间相互不干扰;方法的检出限均小于0.036 mg·L-1,相对标准偏差小于5.0% ,加标回收率为93.2%~109.7%.Abstract: Human gallstone was calcined then dissolved with HNO3.Fe,Mg,Cu,Ca,Na and K in prepared sample solution were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Under the selected working conditions,no interference occurs.Detection limits of these elements were all smaller than 0.036 g·L-1,precision of the determination was RSD<5.0%,and recoveries were 93.2%-109.7%.
