反相高效液相色谱法测定抗氧化剂硫代二丙酸双十二醇酯
RP-HPLC Determination of the Anti-oxidant Dilauryl Thiodipropionate

摘要: 提出了用反相高效液相色谱法测定抗氧化剂硫代二丙酸双十二醇酯(DLTDP)含量的方法。采用Symmetry C18色谱柱,甲醇-水(98+2)为流动相,示差折光检测器,外标法定量,抗氧化剂DLTDP的质量浓度在0.20~20.0 g·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,测定下限(10S/N)为0.10 g·L-1。应用此方法分析了5批DLTDP样品,测得其DLTDP的质量分数在95.6%~99.3%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于1.1%。Abstract: RP-HPLC was applied to the determination of dilauryl thiodipropionate (DLTDP), a commonly used anti-oxidant. Symmetry C18 column was used as stationary phase and methanol-H2O mixture (98+2) was used as mobile phase in the separation. Differential refractivity detector and external standard method were adopted in the determination. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of DLTDP was obtained in the range from 0.20 to 20.0 g·L-1 with its lower limit of determination (10S/N) 0.10 g·L-1. Samples of the anti-oxidant DLTDP from 5 batches were analyzed by the present method, mass fraction (w%) of DLTDP found were ranged from 95.6% to 99.3% with RSD′s (n=5) less than 1.1%.
