聚硫堇修饰碳糊电极差分脉冲伏安法测定依诺沙星
Differential Pulse Voltammetric Determination of Enoxacin with Polythionine Modified Carbon Paste Electrode

摘要: 制备了聚硫堇修饰碳糊电极(PTH/CPE),并采用扫描电子显微镜对聚合膜进行了表征,用循环伏安法研究了依诺沙星在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。研究发现:在pH 4.94的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,修饰电极对依诺沙星有良好的电催化作用,得到了一个明显的氧化峰。并在此基础上提出了一种测定依诺沙星的差分脉冲伏安法。依诺沙星的浓度在1.0×10-5~2.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内与氧化峰电流呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为4.0×10-6mol·L-1。Abstract: The polythionine modified carbon paste electrode (PTH/CPE) was prepared, and the polymer film was characterized by SEM and the electrochemical behavior of enoxacin at this modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. Significant electrocatalytic action on the reaction of enoxacin at modified electrode was observed, giving an oxidation peak in PBS of pH 4.94. Based on this fact, a method of differential pulse voltammetry was proposed for the determination of enoxacin. Linear relationship between values of oxidation peak current and concentration of enoxacin was obtained in the range from 1.0×10-5 to 2.0×10-4mol·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 4.0×10-6mol·L-1.
